Booking with us is simple. Start by filling out a form on our website with your event details. You’ll receive an email outlining our services, followed by a personal contact via WhatsApp to discuss your specific needs and confirm availability.

Currently, our availability isn’t visible online, but once you submit an inquiry, we promptly check our schedule and get back to you with our availability for your event date.

To secure your booking, we require a deposit. We accept all forms of payment for your convenience. Please note that cancellations are generally not permitted, though we may make exceptions to reschedule in certain circumstances.

When booking, please provide the event date, venue/location, type of event, and your music preferences to help us tailor our services to your event.

No specific preparation is required from you. We handle all aspects of the entertainment setup, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

In the rare event of equipment failure not caused by attendees, we will do our utmost to resolve the issue promptly. If an attendee causes damage, we’ll still attempt to fix the problem, but fixes aren’t guaranteed. Should a performer be unable to attend, we will inform you as soon as possible and find a suitable replacement.

Stagelab is insured for public liability, ensuring peace of mind for both us and our clients during events.

For outdoor events, we monitor weather conditions closely. Our high-quality equipment cannot be installed outdoors if unpredictable weather is forecasted, to ensure the safety and integrity of the setup.
